Counseling in Beaverton and Portland

Become Emotionally, Relationally, and Spiritually Whole

Kaleo (kal-eh'-o): an ancient Greek word meaning “to call” or “to invite”.

Counseling is an invitation to become who we were called to be. I believe we were made to experience a deeper sense of wholeness that comes from cultivating all dimensions of well-being, including our physical, emotional, relational, and spiritual health. Sometimes, this can be difficult to do on our own and we need some additional perspective, support, guidance, and accountability to reach our potential. A therapist can help you better understand why you are the way you are, identify the unhelpful patterns of thinking and behavior that keep getting in your way, and help you form new habits that are more helpful and healthy.

When we deny our stories, they define us. When we own our stories, we get to write a brave new ending.
